  My favorite type of yoga is the slow, relaxed kind that gets you stretching, breathing slowly, and incorporates meditation. That's what you'll find here. I've previously taken yoga classes elsewhere that were fast-paced and hated it. But I always feel amazing and relaxed after a yoga class taken here. The instructors are accommodating and frequently ask the class what they'd like to focus on during that session. They're great about reminding you to focus on your breathing, and I definitely need the reminders. Class sizes are generally small, just how I like it. I haven't been in a few months due to financial constraints but I keep yearning to go back
